Бесплатный доступ

The problem of the Church and youth in Orthodoxy remains relevant in both public and academic discourse. Special attention and intensive coverage were paid to it in the Latvian Orthodox Church in the 20s of the 20th century. The proposed review of the interwar experience of the ROSU (Russian Orthodox Student Unity) among adolescents and youth has become interesting for its informal forms and their diversity. Its applied character was clearly manifested during the Second World War in the life of the movement participants on the example of the biography of Lydia Barinova. Issues and discussion aspects in the study of this issue have been outlined.
