Migration in atrial pacemaker and atrial fibrillation as a result arrhythmogenic effect nitroglycerin

The paper presents the study of arrhythmogenic action of nitroglycerin (NG), including atrial conduction. All patients were surveyedritmokardiografic study with simultaneous recording of the electrocardiogram before and after a single dose NG. In a number of cases have been detected arrhythmias, among whom were paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, pacemaker migration to the atria.
