Migrationology of education in the modern vocational education system: challenges and opportunities

The article is devoted to the topical issues of educational migrationology, a new field of knowledge focusing on the study of the processes of adaptation and integration of migrant students into the educational environment. The article examines the key challenges faced by modern educational organizations: language and cultural barriers, academic lag, discrimination, as well as the lack of a systematic public policy in a number of countries, including Russia. The article analyzes various integration models used in international practice (assimilation, multicultural, intercultural), and suggests ways to overcome difficulties through the development of bilingual and intercultural education, the training of teachers to work in multinational educational teams and the use of digital technologies. It is emphasized that the competent application of migrationological approaches opens up prospects for the transformation of vocational education into an inclusive and resilient educational system to global challenges.
