Migration policy and trends of its development

Purpose: To analyze topical issues of migration policy of Russia and trends of its development. Methodology: Legalistic and system approaches were used. Results: The author’s concept of «migration policy», its social conditionality, the purposes and tasks are presented in the paper. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a certain scientific and practical value as it attempts to analyze the problems of legal regulation of migration policy, as well as ts contents and features.
