Migration impact on labor market in Russia

The article deals with the state of the labor market in terms of labor migration. The impact of labor migration on the state and development of the labor market in the context of demographic and economic crises is determined. On the basis of statistical data, the state of the labor market and the influence of migration processes on it in the context of individual indicators are analyzed. The need for a balance between the existing need for labor and the available labor resources in the country, taking into account labor migration, is revealed.
