Mycobacterial antigens: synthetic peptides and recombinant proteins

In this paper, author summarizes the earlier obtained results of the multiplex immunoassay studies using recombinant antigens and synthetic peptides for the diagnosis of the animal tuberculosis. It is indicated the potential of use this method for the spread of infection control and tuberculosis pathogenesis survey.
