Mykoflora of feed in the areas of the Republic of Tatarstan

The article presents the results of mycological analysis of feed for studies at the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution «FCTRB-VNIVI» from different parts of the Republic of Tatarstan. The study found that 46 % of feed samples were contaminated with microscopic fungi of the genus Aspergillus (A. flavus, A. fumigatus, A. niger), 42% of feeds were contaminated with micromycetes of the genus Fusarium (F. sporotrichiella, F. graminearum, F. moniliforme), 10 % -Penicillium. Microscopic fungi of the genus Alternaria (1,5 %) and Candida (0,5 %) were observed less frequently in feed samples. The highest pollution of micromycetes was noted at the farms of Chistopolsky, Tukaevsky, Buinsky, Arsky districts.
