The purpose of the study was to study the microbiological and physico-chemical parameters of muscle tissue of experimental animals. As a result of the studies it was found that the microbiological and physico-chemical parameters of muscle tissue in the feeding ration of fattening pigs with biologically active additives "Humifit", "Sel-Plex", calcium peroxide and "Max Super Humate" provide food and biological value, good veterinary and sanitary indicators. Biochemical and chemical processes occurring in meat under the influence of biologically active additives improve, meat becomes tender, juicy, specific pleasant taste and smell.
