The relevance of the research is due to the desire to improve the quality of managerial influence on the process of physical development of students. In order to determine the general condition of those engaged in a number of parameters in the process of performing a microcycle of motor activity, a questionnaire was conducted. The study involved students from eight study groups. There are 159 students of basic and preparatory medical groups in total. Students planned a microcycle of motor activity for the coming week, taking into account all forms and types of motor activity. After completing the microcycle, the students answered the questionnaire questions. The processed results of the survey allowed us to draw certain conclusions. Planning of students' motor activity on the basis of microcycles, systematization of motor activity with the use of sports-oriented technologies helps to increase the interest of students in the process of their physical improvement, improves the quality of the process itself.
