Features of microbiocenosis and local immunity of reproductive tract at fertile and infertile men are studied. Differences in specific structure, penetrance and expression of immunosuppressive properties of studied biotope microflora, and also in level of factors of antimicrobic protection have been revealed. Results can be used in early diagnostics of pathospermia.
