Minimization of physiological parameters complex of functional state of central and autonomic nervous system, registered in the APK "Health origins" and "Valenta"

The article deals with the characteristics correlation of the functional state of the central nervous system (timing data in the test of a simple visual-motor reaction and quantitative characteristics of the anxiety level, emotional stability and the ability to cope with stressful situations -APK "Health Origins") and autonomous nervous system (statistical, geometric, spectral indices of heart rate variability - APK "Valenta") in swimmers-sprinters and cyclists. Complex of physiological parameters of functional state of central and autonomous nervous system enables to carry out effective current medical and biological monitoring of athletes and predict the success of their competitive activities.
