This article provides a theoretical analysis of the global economy through the lens of innovation in socio-economic processes. It draws on Daniel Bell's theory of post-industrial society as a foundational global concept for economic development. The study's relevance stems from the strategic trajectory of post-industrial economies and the imperative of maintaining competitiveness in the global market. This post-industrial stage is defined by innovation, with the digitalization of the economic market being a key driver of production and information exchange. Here, innovation is understood as a catalyst for economic and technological advancement. The strategy for sustainable development constitutes a comprehensive system of measures aimed at long-term goals, whose formulation and implementation today occur under conditions of significant uncertainty and risk. The nature of innovation strategies is multifaceted: they represent a distinct socio-economic process, an outcome of change, and, from a systems perspective, a complex category. Consequently, the authors contend that enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of global economic development requires a strategic focus on innovation driven by scientific and technological progress.
