Mission of the national police of the Republic of Guinea in its legal format

The article is devoted to the role of the National Police of the Republic of Guinea in the system of the state mechanism of this country. Revealing the process of changing constitutional provisions regarding the purpose and ways of building Guinean statehood, the author focuses on the limits of the competence of the specified law enforcement agency and the relevance of work to improve the professional training of police officers, the quality of which determines not only the required level of law and order in society, but also the public’s trust in the National Police itself.
