Meat productivity and veterinary-sanitary expertise of meat bulles at application "Yantovet" preparation

Intramuscular triple application of the drug «Yantovet», containing succinic acid and organic phosphorus compound, in doses of 10 and 15 ml, promoted the increase in meat production of bull-calves, which was expressed by an increase in the average daily and absolute weight gain by 6,8 and 11,4%, respectively, compared with the control, as well as an increase in slaughter yield by 2,5-4,8%. The veterinary-sanitary examination carried out showed that the meat according to organoleptic, physicochemical and microscopic parameters corresponds to the requirements of the current standards for benign meat of healthy animals.
