Meat productivity of quail with the inclusion of zeolites and microwave-processed mycotoxin-acted grain in their diets

The article presents the results of a study of the effect of feeding feed, including grain bran containing mycotoxins and subjected to microwave treatment, in combination with zeolites and separately, on the meat productivity of quails. It was found that microwave treatment of grain containing mycotoxins in a dose not exceeding the maximum permissible concentration, separately and in combination with zeolite, helps to increase the meat productivity of quail, characterized by such indicators as average daily and absolute gain, slaughter weight and slaughter yield, relative to similar indicators of negative control. Thus, we can conclude that the use of microwave processing of grain and the use of zeolite reduce the toxic effect of mycotoxins on the body of quails and have a beneficial effect on the body of birds and their productivity.
