The opinion of the victim at the court hearing on parole from serving his sentence

This article deals with issues related to the opinion of the victim during a court hearing on parole from serving a sentence. The purpose of introducing an amendment to Article 399 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation is determined, the legal grounds for the victim's participation in the administration of justice are considered, as well as the current legislation on this issue. The problems that arise when notifying and participating in the victim about the appointment of a court session are also identified, in addition, judicial practice is analyzed.
