The study includes 63 patients with acute intestinal obstruction and peritonitis who underwent resection of the small intestine, followed by the oddsming jejunostomy. The factors influencing the choice of surgery completion options are studied. Ceteris paribus after resection of the small intestine preference should be given to discharge intestinal anastomosis Maydl jejunostomy with patients with "nonvascular etiology" acute intestinal obstruction and peritonitis, while with "vascular etiology" - to the time limit jejunostomy.
