Multiple apartment building as a management object: legal aspect

The article is devoted to the study of the concept of an apartment building as a management object. The article reveals the concept of “apartment building”, a retrospective description of the concept, the prerequisites for its introduction into the Housing Code of the Russian Federation. The characteristics of an apartment building that distinguish it from other buildings are examined.
