Multilevel model of innovative potential of the professional and approaches to it operationalization: part II

Article is continuation of publications of research results of innovative potential of the professional (IPP). Continuation of IPP researches review is presented, new approaches to studying of innovative behavior of the professional are considered. Specified model of IPP, the approach to it operationalization in the form of a multiple- factor questionnaire, and also the plan of its empirical check are offered.
