Multilevel nature of competitiveness of the child care recreational institutions

The article defines such concepts, as quality of recreational services and competitiveness of the child care recreational institution. By case study of the Federal recreational and educational center ‘Smena’ the authors describe levels of the children recreational institution’s competitiveness, such as: competitive strength of the recreational programs; competitive strength of the infrastructure and integrated support; innovational competitive ability of the crisis-free operation and opportune adaptation to the changing economic environment.
