Model of adaptive pedagogical learning system students with hearing disabilities mastering technical specialties

The purpose of the article is to present the author's model describing the technologies and methods of developing an individual educational trajectory for students with hearing disabilities based on the analysis of the required graduate competencies, taking into account the results of studying factor personal portraits of students and teachers, the profile of the study group. Approaches to the implementation of the model by means of an electronic educational environment are presented. The ways of solving two problems are considered: the creation of approaches to the dynamic adaptation of the competence model of teaching students with hearing disabilities and to the use of network groups and distance learning for the formation of a workforce.
