Model of the value-semantic attitude of students to pedagogical activity in the course of personal-personal interaction

In the article, based on the theory of relations as a result of interaction, the essence of the concept of “value-semantic attitude of students to pedagogical activity” is considered. From the standpoint of the axiological approach, a model of the value-semantic attitude of students to educational activities in college is presented. The target, structural, functional, criterion and environmental components of the model are disclosed. Within the framework of the model, a technology of personal-personal interaction is proposed, which ensures the formation of professional and pedagogical values and meanings of future teachers and educators. The conceptual ideas for the implementation of the technology of personal-personal interaction, which provides a didactic resonance of the styles of educational activity of students and the activity of a teacher, are defined. Criteria and indicators are presented to assess the formation of pedagogical values among college students. A survey was conducted to assess the formation of criteria and indicators, which makes it possible to determine the cognitive, motivational, value and activity attitude of students to pedagogical activity. The indicators of the formation of motives for pedagogical activity, ideas about pedagogical activity, meaningfulness of pedagogical activity, interest in pedagogical activity, striving to improve pedagogical activity are presented.
