Model of digital transformation of the bakery enterprise

The article presents the classic business model of bakery enterprise from the Perm region, built according to the methodology of A. Osterwalder and I. Pigne. However, in the context of digital transformations, traditional ideas about modern business models of organizations are also changing. So, P. Weil and S. Warner offer four types of digital business models: supplier, modular manufacturer, omnichannel, ecosystem driver. According to the methodology of these authors, an analysis of the enterprise's activities was carried out, taking into account the current level of digital maturity, and the type of digital business model characteristic of it was determined. Based on the results of the analysis, the enterprise implements activities according to the digital model supplier. Digitalization has little effect on the bakery industry, its representatives and end users of its products. But, nevertheless, the application of many of its achievements will allow enterprises to make a significant leap in productivity and quality.
