In article process the model of formation of spiritual and moral qualities of pupils of Sunday schools means of welfare activity allowing to demonstrate this process as the system providing judgment of dialectic dependence between its elements, displaying unity of its components which are in interdependence and interrelation is considered. Visually locates that modeling promotes integration of informative, research, practical components of pedagogical process into complete system, providing optimum conditions for formation of intellectual activity, spiritual and moral culture, development of relationship, self-realization, self-affirmation in society, acquisitions of significant spiritual and moral qualities, social and moral experience. Basic elements of model of formation of spiritual and moral qualities of pupils of Sunday schools means of welfare activity locate: the purpose, tasks providing its achievement, methodological approaches (system, culturological, axiological, environmental). The principles defining the organization of pedagogical process reveal: kulturosoobraznosti, catholicity, nationality, complexity, social activity, continuity, social openness, prospects. Come to light a substantial component (motivational and informative, cognitive, emotional and psychological, activity and productive), a technological component (forms of the organization of pedagogical process, means, as instrument of achievement of objectives, methods of the organization of interaction of the teacher and pupils; criteria, indicators and levels of formation of spiritual and moral qualities.
