This article discusses a problem that describes a model for the formation of flexible skills of students of professional educational organizations. Based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the interpretation of the working fundamental concepts of this topic is given. A model of flexible skills formation including organizational-target, motivational, technological and evaluative-effective blocks is offered. The content of the blocks is described. It is concluded that the realization of the described model will promote the formation of marketable highly qualified specialist demanded on the labor market in digitalization time.
