Model of formation of civil legal culture of young people in the context of social and cultural activity

The article substantiates the application of the method of theoretical modeling in solving the problems of pedagogical theory of social and cultural activity. The centric model of social and cultural process in system of formation of civil culture of youth is presented. The principal difference between the centric model and other models is the use of so-called “rings”, which consist of scientific and practical didactic units of a certain field of knowledge. The logic of designing such a model is based on the fragmentation of information into separate blocks with a complete and complete content. The author proposes the interpretation of the formation of civil culture of youth in the conditions of social and cultural activity as a system of innovative processes that determine the quality of civil culture, based on the system-wide principle of a differentiated approach and is a relationship - target, meaningful, paradigm, centric and effective components-rings that determine the education skills of civil behavior of youth. At the same time, social and cultural activity reflect the whole set of innovative technologies and structuring of small zones of immediate development, allowing the individual to assimilate civil and legal values in the presence of an optimal balance of individual and social level of culture of the young person.
