Model of formation of information and analytical culture of cadets of Russian National Guard universities

The purpose of this article is to theoretically substantiate and develop a model of formation of information-analytical culture of cadets of Russian National Guard universities. The formed information-analytical culture allows cadets to implement a set of well-thought-out options for strategic decisions in the context of solving service tasks, to carry out productive information interaction in the real and virtual environment. The study was conducted by analyzing scientific literature on the research problem, regulatory and legal sources, and generalizing our own practical experience on this topic. When studying scientific papers on the topic, theoretical possibilities for developing a model for the formation of information and analytical culture of cadets of higher education institutions of the Russian Guard were identified. The systemic (general scientific basis of the study), cultural (theoretical and methodological strategy of the study) and participatory (practice-oriented research tactics) approaches were methodological basis of the study. The structure of the developed model for the formation of information and analytical culture of cadets of higher educational institutions of the Russian Guard includes the following components: target (creation of optimal conditions for the formation of information and analytical culture), motivational (development of stable motivation in cadets to form information and analytical culture, assimilation of values and meanings associated with it), content (formation of information and analytical culture in the educational, extracurricular, educational and practical activities of cadets) and control and evaluation (assessment of the formation of information and analytical culture of cadets). The developed model is holistic, systemic and flexible, as a result of the interaction of its components, a new integrative quality of the individual is formed - information and analytical culture. The flexibility of the developed model is manifested in the fact that its substantive content can be transformed taking into account the development of digital technologies and the needs of society. The result of the implementation of the developed model is the transition of cadets to a higher level of formation of information and analytical culture, which presupposes a critical attitude to the information received and the possibility of using digital technologies in educational and service activities.
