The relevance of the problem of developing professional stability of higher education teachers in a situation of uncertainty is substantiated. A description is given of the author's model for the formation of professional stability of higher school teachers in a situation of uncertainty, consisting of five main interconnected blocks: target, organizational-substantive, technological, evaluation-diagnostic and effective. The psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional stability are presented, as well as sections of the author's workshop “Challenges of Uncertainty”.
