Model and method of conformity assessment between the dynamics of economic performance and the trajectory of the national economic development

The paper presents a mathematical model and method, designed to assess the correspondence between the dynamics of economic performance and the desired trajectory of the national economic development. The results of the evaluation of the rank of conformity with the models and methods adequate to prioritize institutional changes in the national economic system.
