The study examines the main models of corporate training for sales managers created in organizations to effectively train employees and improve their work skills. The relevance of the topic is highlighted by the rapid development of new methods of corporate training for company employees and rapidly changing working conditions. The introduction of new methods and technologies of corporate training. The main objectives of the study are to analyze the impact of corporate training of sales managers on the development strategy of the organization, as well as on the overall development of the company. The study of the most effective models, organizational and pedagogical conditions, methods and forms of training as a pedagogical basis for the organization of corporate training of sales managers in the company. The main methods of formation, development and improvement of models of corporate training of managers in order to increase the competencies of employees in companies, aswell as key conditions for effective management training are listed. The article considers the relationship between corporate training of sales managers and the achievement of strategic goals by companies that are leaders in the markets of presence. The most effective methods and conditions of corporate training of sales managers are analyzed. The problems and limitations of the methods used are identified and the trends of further development and implementation of corporate training by companies and their development are described.
