Competence model of a technical university teacher working with students with hearing disabilities

Methodological approaches to the development of a teacher's competence model are considered. A multilevel model of the competencies of a university teacher necessary for effective training of students of a technical university with hearing disabilities is presented. The conceptual idea of involving students with hearing disabilities in the developing environment of the university, which is the basis of the model, is substantiated. The special role of interdisciplinary training of students and mentoring as factors of increasing their creative independence is shown.
