An interdepartmental system for assessing the dynamic state of infants’ and preschoolers’ psychological health: an outline

The article deals with methods and ways to meet the challenges faced by infants and preschoolers from problem families in Samara Region. The corresponding official bodies’ achievements in this field are described and commented on. A number of further measures to be taken are offered and promoted.
