Model of modular and participative approach in training of cadets of military higher education institution

In article the system of training of cadets of military higher education institutions of Federal service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation is considered. It is noted that the existing system of training of cadets does not fully realize requirements of the statutory instruments in personnel training for the country’s defense and safety, particularly in the aspects of combining the education and work without detriment to mastering the educational program. It is asserted that the problem can be solved via realization of modular participative approach in the curriculum. A model of cadets training system based on modular participative approach is presented.
