A model for assessing the quality of works of science in the form of electronic educational resources

This article is devoted to assessing novelty of works of science in the form of electronic educational resources. Discusses conceptual approaches to the assessment of novelty of works of science, by analogy with works of literature, and issues of assessment of consumer characteristics of works of science in the form of electronic educational resources.
