This article reports the model of the formation process of a reflexive position of intended educator-psychologist in the process of training in higher education institution. It consists of the following: the requirements of State Federal Educational Standard for the professional training of educators-psychologists, objectives, the stages of implementing the model (cognitive, operational, practice-oriented), the complex of organizational and psycho-pedagogical conditions as well as the main blocks of the model (organizational-administrative, orientation-directed, meaningfully-technological, criteria-evaluative) and overall-resultant block.
