Introduction. The purpose is to develop a model of psychological readiness of university students to study in a digital educational environment. Materials, Results and Discussion. Students' readiness for learning in the digital educational environment is considered as a holistic, integrated education, including interrelated components: individual-typological, value-motivational, cognitive, emotional-volitional, communicative, behavioural and technological. Conclusions. The model of psychological readiness for learning in the digital educational environment with specified and described components — individual-typological, value-motivational, cognitive, emotional-volitional, communicative, behavioural and technological — has been developed.
