The paper considers the problem of professional readiness to the innovation activity. Theoretical aspects of the model and the modeling process in science are proved. The author’s model of development of professional readiness to the innovative activity of teachers of the OED, built on the basis of experimental data, consisting of the following main blocks: goal setting, organization and evaluation is proposed and described the. The structural components of professional readiness to innovative activity of teachers of preschool educational organizations that are motivational, cognitive, activity and personal. The article reveals the purposeful and systematic work on the development of professional readiness to the innovative activity of teachers, which can be used in practice of preschool educational institutions.
