The study of the problem of training of highly skilled workers in the framework of the organization of dual training on the basis of professional educational organization and the enterprise-stakeholder revealed the need to improve this process by developing a pedagogical model and the conditions of its effective functioning. We will develop a structural and functional model of network interaction between a professional educational organization and an enterprise on the basis of the methodological apparatus chosen by us, which will be a set of system-activity, personality-oriented and technological approaches. The model of network interaction of professional educational organization and enterprise consists of interconnected motivational and organizational, content, activity and evaluation-effective blocks. The implementation of this model is primarily aimed at improving the quality of training of students in a professional educational organization and their subsequent employment at the enterprise-stakeholder.
