Model of the system of continuous education on the basis of the competence approach in the conditions of the professional educational organization

Accelerating the pace of change of production technologies in the modern economy leads to an increase in the gap between the qualifications obtained by graduates of professional educational organization secondary vocational education, and the requirements of employers, which, in turn, actualizes the development of continuing education. The article analyzes the experience of the implementation on the basis of professional educational organization of the system of continuous education based on the competence approach.
