The “triple helix” model for the modernization of the digital medicine system

The article presents innovative horizons for the development of digital medicine on the example of the implementation of the project “Park of Nuclear and Medical Technologies” in Obninsk, Kaluga region, the developer and executor of which is the technology company State Corporation Rosatom. The directions that are being worked out in the formation of a promising domestic healthcare system that implements, on the basis of the “triple helix” model, the potentials of the digital economy are demonstrated. It is shown how the power structures of the state, within the framework of the model, perform new functions related to the creation of a multifaceted, effective environment for innovative development of healthcare, ensuring close, constructive interaction between the state, scientific, educational and business communities. As a result, the construction of an innovative projection of the formation of the national health care system is ensured and the priority task of saving health, prolonging life and improving its quality is solved.
