Model of additional education management of organization staff to improve the culture of public service

To solve the problem of improving the quality of public service on the basis of “Home-service” LLC the study of additional professional education of employees have been carried out. The need to create the corporate education center has been discovered. A model of additional education management has been developed and the regulations of the introduction of the corporate training center into the organization have been worked out. The program of theoretical materials testing has been offered.
