The model of managing the etiquette interaction in the educational space

The paper considers the problem of low culture of interaction between students and teachers, which is caused by violations of the norms and rules of business etiquette in the educational space of the university. The object of the study is business etiquette in the educational space, the subject of the study is the management of the etiquette interaction between the participants of the educational space. The purpose of the study: to theoretically and experimentally substantiate and develop a model for managing the etiquette interaction in the educational space. Research hypothesis: the model of managing the etiquette interaction in the educational process is the basis for the development of a graduate’s future model of his behavior in a professional business environment. Research base: Siberian University of Consumer Cooperatives, Novosibirsk. The study, which was conducted in the 2020–2021 academic year, involved 153 students of this university. As a result of the analysis of the literature, observation, and questioning of the main actors in education, the author has developed a model for managing the etiquette interaction in the educational space, the practical implementation of which, in the author’s opinion, will contribute to the transformation of an educational organization into a center for moral training of “business intellectuals”.
