The model describing organizational and technological reliability is presented, taking into account normalized weight coefficients and key components of the model elements. Additional concepts of functionally sufficient and functionally necessary systems as part of the structural content of organizational systems necessary for transformation of the main function and ensuring the quality of organizational sustainability of structural units are introduced.
