Personnel’s self-development management model

The study deals with the problem of personnel’s self-development management in the modern organization. The author developed an original theoretical model for managing this process, presented the basic principles of creating this model, and described its components (personnel marketing, motivational audit, external and internal organizational factors enabling effective personnel’s self-development). The model under consideration includes a balanced system of techniques that primarily has an indirect impact on the willingness of employees to be engaged in self-development of the qualities required by the organization. Factors that stimulate staff to self-develop are formalized, the algorithm for management of this process is generated, and the main tools for influencing the self-motivation of employees are identified. The model proposed can be used to improve the efficiency and productivity in organizations, promote social capital of the company, allow a company to achieve its goals rapidly and effectively.
