The article considers the model of managing relationships in a team, built on the need to analyze and understand the six elements: feelings, desires, actions of the "inner" focus, thoughts and fantasies, sensations and "inner" roles. The model assumes a purposeful "construction" of the processes of relationship management, which will lead to an increase in the effectiveness of management activities.
