Models and algorithms for decision support in the personalized management system for the development of educational programs

The article presents an analysis of mathematical methods used to personalize the management system for the development of professional educational programs. Machine learning methods, fuzzy set theory, optimization methods and algorithms of recommendation systems are considered. An integral mathematical model is proposed that formalizes the process of adaptive POP design based on data on the needs of stakeholders. The result of the research is the systematization of the mathematical apparatus, which makes it possible to move from heuristic to formalized methods of managing the development of educational programs.
