Models and methods of calendar planning of certification sessions in project management

This article discusses the problems that arise in the organization and conduct of the certification process in NP “Association “SOVNET”. The characteristic features of the organization and conduct of the certification process are analyzed. The main problems of the formation of the calendar plan are revealed. Based on the application of methods and means of scheduling, the author proposes possible models and methods for solving scheduling issues during certification sessions. The use of models of scheduling (various modifications of transport tasks) allows you to build realizable plans for conducting certification sessions with minimizing the cost of paying assessors. At the same time, it becomes possible to increase the number of certification sessions. The proposed models take into account various nonstandard situations that arise during the formation of the calendar plan.
