The mentoring models at a modern university: traditions and innovations

The article examines traditional and innovative mentoring models in modern universities. The main approaches to the organization of mentoring activities are analyzed, the key components of effective mentoring models are identified. Special attention is paid to the transformation of the institute of mentoring in the context of digitalization of education and the introduction of a personalized approach to learning. Based on the analysis of the practical experience of Russian universities, the most promising mentoring models are presented that contribute to the professional development of students and teachers. The main problems of mentoring in higher education are identified and ways to solve them are proposed. An integrative mentoring model is presented that takes into account traditional practices and modern innovative approaches.
