Pricing simulation based on the integrated assessment of the milk flow

In the conditions of growing competition dairy enterprises face with the need to improve product quality and reduce its cost. The specified depends on the quality of raw milk and the level of purchase price according. Therefore there is a ne­cessity to stimulate the producers of milk to im­prove his quality and increase the volume, and also to make payment according to current market con­ditions and taking into account indicators milk flow. It was presented a model of the milk purchas­ing price formation based on the integrated assess­ment of milk flow entering the processing plant. The model takes into account the fact that purchase prices for milk have two components: a base pur­chase price, the level of which dairy plants has a decisive influence, and supplement, that depending on the quality of milk and are under the influence by dairy producers. The purchase price of raw milk is proposed to determine from the base value of the average monthly purchase price of milk in depend­ing on the group of suppliers, absolute change and integrated assessment of milk flow indicators. The efficacy and risk of application of the proposed model in the interaction of dairy enterprise suppli­ers are determined by using simulation modeling. The feasibility of applying the proposed model of purchasing prices of milk for each class was set. Main advantages and disadvantages of using the model are defined. It was prove that milk pro­cessing enterprises have the opportunity to create a flexible system of payments to suppliers by the use of model of the milk purchasing price formation based on the integrated assessment of milk flow. This system of calculations will take into account the market situation, the state of the provide com­pany of the raw material; will focus on the im­provement of indicators of the milk flow.
