Progress of specialists preparation in industry of physical culture and sports, future professionals, requires constant updating of the teachers. However, this direction of the professional retraining programmes is often formal. The same situation happened in the coaching environment where retraining system has deteriorated. Contemporary scientific and academic knowledge is formed using the leading teaching positions, differentiating information coming from simple to complex, from complex to simple, from private to an integer and vice versa, etc. However, in practice training and instruct in the improvement of aggregate characteristics of motor abilities, functional and psycho-physiological readiness, equipment, tactical training is not being taught in the integral (PI) training of athletes. This is requires justification, taking into account the neurophysiological, biomechanical, psychological and pedagogical prerequisites.
